Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are based on a shipment under 1 pound (including packaging).  Therefore, the shipping fees are determined based on the combined weight of your order, not the scale above.  The shopping cart automatically calculates shipping for USPS ground; other methods may be available.  Shipping fees are subject to change without notice due to rising fuel costs and other factors.  Shipping insurance is available at an additional cost.  The products you ordered will be shipped as quickly as possible.  Lifes Balance, Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays, shipment losses, or damage.  Any shipping claim will need to be filed by you with the shipping company.  However, we will assist you however we can.  Shipping fees must be paid in full before we ship.  If you have any questions, please contact us via email.

You may also call 208.535.1225 to place an order over the phone. If you use a credit card, your order will ship immediately assuming we have the product in stock.  We accept credit cards, cashiers checks and money orders.

This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Return Policy

As a general rule, we do not accept returns.  However, they will be considered on a case-by-case basis.  If we do allow the return, there will be a restocking fee and you will have to pay for return shipping.  We are not responsible for shipping damage, loss, or late delivery.
